Today he runs two busy practices in the Midlands providing Osteopathy and Acupuncture, and incorporating NLP. He says that NLP has helped him help his patients discern patterns which may be contributing to health problems, learn from them, make new health choices and see them through. This has formed the basis of a new direction for the clinic – health coaching. Drawing upon systems theory and neuro-linguistic programming, Paul has developed an innovative CPD training, ‘Words that Heal'. This program aims to teach medical professionals how to leverage the placebo effect inherent to every patient encounter in order to maximise the effect of the practitioner’s therapeutic intervention.
