Three particular areas of interest and specialism for me are sports injuries, frozen shoulder and age related aches & pains.
Thanks to my links with many of the local sports clubs, I have experience treating a range of associated minor injuries including joint pains, muscle spasms, cramps, tennis elbow, hip and knee pain due to osteoarthritis and more.
And as part of my commitment to continued professional development, I have also become a qualified and licensed practitioner of the Niel-Asher Technique for the treatment of frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). In doing so, I became one of only two practitioners in West Sussex and of thirteen in Surrey, at the time, who use this highly specialised and scientifically trialled, tested and proven technique which produces excellent results.
